Putting Out Fires One MFP at a Time

Putting Out Fires One MFP at a Time!

The Clinton Township Fire Department in Montgomery, PA recently welcomed a new addition to their team, not a firefighter, but a Sharp BP-70C31. This multi-functional printer (MFP) was chosen for its reliability and straightforward operation, catering to the firemen’s primary needs: Faxing, Printing, Copying, and Scanning.

Our dedicated Business Relationship Manager, Bonnie Axeman, ensured that the firemen could easily use their new machine, as she meticulously walked them through each function paying close attention to the minute details. Bonnie always sets the correct date and time, which may not seem urgent, but accurate timestamps are essential for legal and compliance reasons. Contracts, agreements, and official documents must reflect the correct date and time they were processed. She also aligned the settings with the firefighters’ goals and even set them up with automatic toner replacement to avoid unnecessary headaches. Bonnie’s commitment to her clients extends beyond installation; she reassured the team of her availability for any further questions and planned for a follow-up in a couple of weeks.

The successful installation of the new MFP was aided by Grant Butler, our service technician, who played a crucial role in the process. Understanding the importance of a smooth transition, Grant transferred the firemen’s information from their old machine to the new one. His expertise ensured there were no hiccups, and the transition between the two machines was seamless.

Rick Holland was instrumental in this success story, not only delivering the new machine to the fire department but also ensuring the removal of the old one. His contributions significantly facilitated the transition.

The installation of the Sharp BP-70C31 at the Clinton fire department was more than just adding a new machine. It was about understanding the needs of the firemen, providing them with the right tools, and ensuring they feel confident using them. Thanks to Bonnie’s dedication, Grant’s technical skills, and Ricks timely delivery, the firemen can now focus on their heroic work, knowing their administrative tasks are in good hands.
